The Opportunity

Nexus Analytics began as a self-directed opportunity to transform a large, CMS-driven educational website into a distinct SaaS marketing experience.

The starting point was Atelier Axiom, a contemporary cultural-platform project from Flux Academy’s “Scaling Up / Big Websites” class. I adapted that foundation for a concept e-commerce attribution platform, creating a custom identity and reworking the messaging, imagery, and content around a different audience and offering.

The challenge was to make the website feel intentionally designed for a SaaS company, not simply renamed or recolored from another industry.

What I Did

Brand Identity & Visual Direction

I created a custom brand identity and logo for Nexus Analytics, establishing a consistent visual direction across the website’s navigation, headings, calls to action, and supporting imagery.

A dark navy and blue/cyan palette supports the technology-focused presentation. Consistent typography, spacing, and interface treatments connect the website’s different page types into one cohesive brand experience.

Rather than treating the logo as a standalone graphic, I developed it for use within the website’s broader visual system.

What I Did

SaaS Content & Website Presentation

I replaced the original cultural-platform narrative with content focused on marketing attribution and e-commerce analytics.

The homepage introduces the concept through a practical business problem: understanding which marketing channels contribute to revenue. Supporting sections explain the proposed offering through multi-touch attribution, revenue reporting, and executive-dashboard concepts.

I carried that direction across company information, educational content, events, and demo-focused pages, aligning the messaging and imagery with the new SaaS context.

What I Did

CMS & Content Adaptation

I adapted the project’s CMS-driven foundation to support Nexus Analytics content, including blog posts, events, and team information.

The work extended beyond individual static pages. Repeated content needed to remain consistent across listings and individual entries while supporting the new SaaS direction.

Working from an established large-site foundation required separating reusable structure from content and presentation that needed to change. The goal was to make the system serve the new brand rather than preserve the original project’s subject matter.

What I Did

Responsive Design & Navigation

I developed the hero imagery as part of the responsive design process, using MacBook artwork for desktop and an iPad composition for tablet and mobile rather than simply shrinking the same wide image across every screen.

The implementation uses native Webflow breakpoint visibility within a shared visual wrapper, with component-specific naming following the Client-First convention.

I also implemented navigation that begins transparent over the hero and transitions to a solid background after visitors scroll beyond that section, connecting the opening composition with the rest of the page.

The Outcome

Nexus Analytics brings together custom branding, logo design, SaaS-focused messaging, product imagery, responsive presentation, and adapted CMS content within one Webflow marketing website.

The project demonstrates my ability to take an established website foundation and make deliberate changes across identity, content, design, and implementation to support a different business context.

This is a self-directed marketing website concept—not a commissioned client engagement or a functioning analytics application. Its outcome is the website and the work it demonstrates, rather than measured revenue or conversion improvements.

The website and visual work are in place, with final testing and remaining section interactions still in progress.
